For the week of August the 18th, the Famke Film of the week is "X-Men" an excellent big screen version of the classic comic books.

As an X-Men fan, I thought it was really really well done, with some minor gliches, that didn't bug e too much, but for heaven sake, why couldn't it be longer?? 45 minutes of this film was cut!

A LOT of people doubted Famke as Jean Grey, even despite me sitting there for 2 hours trying to show them otherwise...but she definately suprised her doubters! She was EXCELLENT as Jean Grey. I'm so extremely proud of her!

Plus, if you're the Famke fan who LOVES Famke merchandise, this is definately the movie for you! Figures, shirts, posters, wall clocks, backpacks, jewlery, anything to whet your Famke/X-Men appetite!

X-Men is still playing in theaters, and I've heard that a diractors cut may be invading the screen in December! I sure hope so!
