COUNTRY HARBOR -
The funeral service was in the Holy Trinity Anglican Church
here for Murdock Porter, 72, who died at
Point Edward Hospital where he had
been a patient
for the last four years. Interment was in
the family lot,
Holy Trinity Cemetery.
He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Porter.
He spent his early life
in Country Harbor
where he was employed in the lumber industry.
Surviving are two brothers, Ernest and Stanley,
one sister, Mrs. Stella
Hudson, all of Country Harbor;
several nephews and nieces.
