MARION IDA SNYDER -- 88, Halfway Cove,
Guysborough County, died Tuesday at Glen Haven Manor, New Glasgow.
Born in Halfway Cove, she was the daughter of the late
Joseph and Hannah (Ryter) George.
She was a member of St. James Anglican Church and the Ladies Guild.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Harold C., seven brothers, Obediah, John, Levi,
Austin, Freeman, Stanley, Everett; six sisters, Nellie,
Beatrice, Edith, Nettie, Annie, Eliza.
The body is at Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Guysborough,
with visiting after 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday,
St. James Anglican Church, Halfway Cove, Rev. Richard Walsh officiating.
Burial in church cemetery.
