Mulgrave - The death of George Stanley Goodwin, 77
of Mulgrave occurred at
St. Martha's Hospital, Antigonish
on Wednesday morning (April 11, 1973).
Born in Sand Point, he was the son of the late
William and Sarah Jane
(Burke) Goodwin.
Mr. Goodwin was a retired CNR employee.
He survived by five daughters, Irene (Mrs. Harold Snair) Mulgrave,
Margaret
(Mrs Jule Martell) Sydney, Veronica (Mrs. Alex Handley) Sydney,
Mrs. Anna
Payne, Louisbourg, Dorothy (Mrs James Travaline) Oromocto, NB.
One son
Lawrence of Havre Boucher and 3 great grandchildren.
Twice married, he was predeceased by his first wife Annie Jane Boudreau
and
also his second wife Olive Snow.
Remains are resting at the home of Mr and Mrs Harold Snair, Mulgrave.
