Emma Clyburne Of Trenton Passes Away
Trenton - Mrs. Emma Mae Clyburne, Munroe St.,
died in the Aberdeen Hospital
early Friday evening after a lingering illness.
She was born in 1885 in
Issac's Harbour, Guysboro Co.
Surviving are four daughters, Katherine(Mrs. Ernest Hafey), Trenton;
Christena(Mrs.George Stuart), Abercrombie;
Elizabeth(Mrs. Archie Ryan) and
Gladys(Mrs. Edward Corbin),
Hamilton, Ont., three sons, Rex, in Trenton, and
Charles and George,
at home; 37 grandchldren, 65 great grandchildren and 16
great great grandchildren.
Also surviving are two sisters, Blanche(Mrs. Onslow Clyburne),
Stellarton; Nell(Mrs. William MacKenzie), New Glasgow;
and two brothers,
Percy in Stellarton and Aubrey in New Glasgow.
She was predeceased by her husband Simon Clyburne and three daughters.
The remains will rest at the R.H. Porter Funeral Home,
High Street, after
8 o'clock tonight.
