SOUTH LOCHABER, Guysborough County - Mrs. Marion E. McGrath, 86,
South Lochaber died Saturday in MacKaracher's Nursing Home, Sherbrooke.
Born in Lochaber,
she was a daughter of the late William and Asenath (Lawrence) Boggs.
She was a lifelong resident of South Lochaber and a
member of First Baptist Church, Aspen, Guysborough County.
Surviving are three daughters,
Catherine (Mrs. Alex Ross) Trenton;
Myrtle (Mrs. Hilary Atkins) New Glasgow; and
Thelma (Mrs. Bruce Smith) Trenton;
seven sons,
Daniel and Delbert, Goshen, Guysborough County;
Kennedy, Antigonish;
Lloyd, South Lochaber;
Carl, East River St. Mary's, Pictou County;
Edward, Ottawa; and
George Boggs, Trenton;
A brother Robert, New Glasgow;
33 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.
She was predeceased by her husband Daniel;
two sons, Chesley and Russell;
three brothers and a sister.
The body is in H.W. Angus' Funeral Home, Stillwater, Guysborough County.
Funeral will be 11 am. today in the United Church, Aspen,
Rev. Harry Disher and Rev. David Weir officiating,
With burial in Aspen Baptist Cemetery.
