GERARD D. MacDONALD, WHITEHEAD, Guysborough County--

Funeral service for Gerard Duncan McDonald, six,
who died MAY 23 as the result of a car-pedestrian accident
near his home, was held May 25 in St. Joseph's Parish Church,
Port Felix. Rev. Bob Cashin officiated,
assisted by Rev. Angus Morris, PP,
Rev. Sandy MacNeil, Rev. James Mombourquette and Rev. Langley MacLean.
Burial was in the church cemetery.
Born in Whitehead, he was a son of
Charles Edward and Constance Shirley (Cashin) MacDonald.
Surviving besides his parents are a half-sister, Glenda Rose,
Toronto and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Francis Cashin,
Port Felix. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents,
Mr. and Mrs. Duncan MacDonald.
