TRENTON, May 26 - News of the sudden death of Patrick Long
was
received with deep regret by his many friends in the steel town.
Deceased
was in his usual good health when on Monday
he suffered a paralytic stroke
from which he failed to rally
and passed away on Thursday night, at the age
of 75.
Deceased was a native of East Erinville, Guysborough County
and had
resided in Trenton for many years
where he was employed at the steel plant.
He is survived by his wife and four children,
Mrs. Josephine Mason, Mrs.
Laurie Bubar, and May, New Glasgow;
Mrs. John Dickson, Trenton; and two
sons, John, Trenton, and James, Buffalo;
also three brothers, Edward in
United States, John and Joseph, East Erinville;
and a sister Hanah in the
United States.
