SUTHERLAND, John Alexander - 90, Goshen, Guysborough Co.,
died September 15 1997, in Goshen.
Born in Goshen, he was a son of the late Alexander Columbus and Ida Mae (Nichols) Sutherland.
He was a past member of Kings United Church.
He was a retired woodsman, truck driver and farmer.
Surviving are his wife, the former Mabel Elizabeth Sinclair;
son, John Howard, Goshen;
daughters, Bonnie Sutherland, Toronto, Ont.;
Elizabeth Sutherland, Chester, Lunenburg Co.;
Louise Sutherland, Montreal, Que.;
two grandchildren;
a great-grandchild;
several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by brothers, Howard, Charles;
sister, Clara Boyce.
Visitation 7-9 p.m. today, funeral 2 p.m. Thursday, both in Kings United Church, Loch Katrine, Antigonish Co.,
Rev. Robert Manley officiating.
Burial in Goshen Cemetery.
Donations to Cerebral Palsy Association.
