SHERBROOKE - M. Myrl MacKeen, 91, of Sherbrooke, Guysborough County,
died Sunday,
Oct. 4 in St. Mary's Memorial Hospital, Sherbrooke.
Born in Aspen, Guysborough County,
she was a daughter of the late Edward and
Margaret (McGrath) McKeen.
She was a member of Rebekah Lodge and Florence Fraser Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by a daughter, Margaret (Mrs. Raymond Wilson) Ottawa;
a son, Lester,
Kentville;
four grandchildren, give great-grandchildren;
two brothers, Edgar, Stuart;
a sister, Nellie; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Lester.
Her remains are resting in Veinotte's Funeral Home, Sherbrooke,
with visiting from 2-4 and
7-9 p.m. Tuesday.
The funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. John's United
Church, Sherbrooke.
Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's Memorial Hospital.
