Irene Marie Avery (nee Collins)

AVERY, Irene Marie - 76, Larry's River, Guysborough Co.,
died July 6, 1998, in Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Born in Ontario, she was a daughter of the late Daniel and Yvonne (Picot) Collins.
In her early years, she was the headwaitress for the Etna Insurance Co., in Ontario.
She was a member of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Larry's River.
Surviving are her husband, Leonard;
daughter, Yolanda (Mrs. Jean Begins) Levis, Que.;
brother, Armond, Trois-Rivires, Que.;
sister, Yvette (Mrs. Henry La Flame);
two grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by brother, John; sister, Alice Brown.
No visitation by request.
Memorial service was Wednesday in St. Peter's Parish, Larry's River,
Rev. Barrett Clare-Johnson officiated.
Burial at a later date.
Donations to Canadian Cancer Society or Canadian Diabetes Association.
Arrangements entrusted to G.W. Giffin Funeral Home, Country Harbour.
