Born in Port Felix, he was a son of the late Ernest J. and Mary (Bond)
Casey.
He was a member of the Star of the Sea Parish, Canso.
Surviving are his wife, the former Norma Harnish; daughter, Betty
Ann (Mrs. Michael Cook) Toronto;
sons, Joseph, Fort St. John, B.C.; Pat, Toronto; Paul, Brampton, Ont.;
David, Pickering, Ont.;
sisters, Minnie (Mrs. Donald Richardson), Anna Snow, Stella (Mrs. Joe Parker),
all of Canso;
brother Charles, Canso; ten grandchildren.
He was predeceased by son Howard; brother, Patrick; grandson, David.
Visitation 2-9 p.m. today at the Dennis Haverstock Funeral home,
Canso.
Funeral 2 p.m. Sunday in Star of the Sea Church, Canso, Rev. Paul MacNeil
officiating. Burial in parish cemetery.
