Liscomb Mills – Lawrence E. Tibert, 82, of Liscomb Mills, Guysborough County, died Wednesday, Dec. 15, in Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Born in Liscomb Mills, he was a son of the late William and Eva (MacDonald) Tibert.
He is survived by two sisters, Ruby (Mrs. Hubert Shrider), Liscomb Mills; Joyce (Mrs. Robert Slaunwhite), Kearney Lake; five brothers, Robert, Dartmouth; Everette, Obert, both of Halifax; Chudleigh, Lewis Lake; Melvin, Liscomb Mills.
He was predeceased by six brothers, Roland, John, Scott, Cecil, Steven, Leonard; three sisters, Mary, Odessa, Leila.
Visitation is 7-9 p.m. today and Friday in Ecum Secum Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday in St. Luke’s Anglican Church, Liscomb. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
Family flowers only. Donations may be made to St. Luke’s Anglican Church or St. Mary’s Memorial Hospital, Sherbrooke.
