MacKenzie, Harold Stanford
- 83,
lifelong resident of Indian Harbour Lake, Guysborough Co., died November 8,
1997, in Sherbrooke Nursing Home. Born in Boston, Mass., he was a son of the late
Stewart and Stella (Hiltz) MacKenzie. He was a well- known road construction
foreman and worked in various parts of Nova Scotia. Surviving are his wife, the
former Sadie Lowe; sisters, Lillian Anderson, Elizabeth Graham, Massachusetts;
brother, Francis Stedman, Connecticut. He was predeceased by sisters, Isabell,
Esther. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today, funeral 3 p.m. Tuesday, both in St. Thomas
Anglican Church, Indian Harbour Lake, Rev. David Curry officiating. Burial to
follow in Sunset Rest Cemetery, Indian Harbour Lake. In lieu of flowers, donations
to Sunset Rest Cemetery or any charity. Arrangements entrusted to Ecum Secum
Funeral Home.
