Edward Clement George, Upper White Head, Sept 30 -

Edward Clement George, 49, of Upper White head, Guys. Co.,
died in Lismore, Pictou Co., on September 25.
Born in Upper White Head, he was a son of the late Abraham and Annie (Grover)George.
He was a fisherman all his life except for several years spent in the merchant navy.
He is survived by four sisters,
Minnie (Mrs Anthony MacMillan), Trenton;
Mrs Velma Trottier, Halifax;
Mrs Janetta Vecchiola, Toronto;
Adeline (Mrs Fred Osborne), Brookfield;
five brothers, Percy, Ira, and Abe, Upper White Head;
Paul and Philip, Toronto; two half brothers,
Allen George, Port Felix and Seymour Meeds, Queensport.
Funeral service was conducted by Rev Mr Kerr, Guysboro,
at the house, then at Christ Anglican Church, Queensport.
Wilfred Ehler was organist.
