Unnamed paper, hand dated "[19]'71"

Clement P. George, 70, of Halfway Cove,
was buried in the parish cemetery following funeral services
on Monday at St Vincent de Paul Church in Queensport,
Rev Father O'Brine (sic) officiating. Born in Halfway Cove,
he was the son of the late Thomas and Margaret George.
He was a veteran of World War II
and was stationed in several places in Canada.
He is survived by his wife, the former Bertha-Evelyn George;
two daughters, Bessie (Mrs William Brown), of Timberlea,
Marie (Mrs David Rhynold), of Halfway Cove; two sons,
William and Raymond, both of Halfway Cove; two sisters,
Mrs Dennis Levanie, Port Felix, Mrs. Alex S. MacDonald, Trenton;
also eleven grandchildren.
