John E Cameron, Springville -

John E Cameron, 76, Springville, Pictou County,
formerly of Goshen, Guys Co, died Sunday
in Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Born at Eight Island Lake, Guys Co,
he was a son of the late Dugald and Lila (Feltmate) Cameron.
He lived in Goshen before moving to Springville 12 years ago.
A construction worker, he was employed with Tidewater and Waverley Construction
until his retirement. He was an adherent of
the Presbyterian Church, Springville. He is survived by
his wife, the former Eliza Jordan,
a daughter Rose (Mrs Aubrey Laing) Springville,
three sisters Mrs Ida Mason, Isaac's Harbour, Mrs Annie Smith, Goshen
and Mrs Minnie Hensbee, Eight Island Lake, a brother Alex Goshen,
eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by two brothers Robert and James.
The body will be in H W Angus funeral Home, New Glasgow
after 3:15 pm today, where funeral will be 2pm Tuesday,
Rev Edgar Dewar officiating with burial in Goshen Cemetery.
