Hugh Ross Feltmate age 78 ,Canso Tickle,
died Sep 5, 1993, in St Martha's
Regional Hospital , Antigonish.
Born in Canso, he was a son of the late
Adam and Alice Feltmate.
He was a retired painter with the former Canso
Seafoods.
He was a member of the Canso United Baptist Church.
He was a
veteran of the Second World War
and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion,
Branch 46, Canso.
He is survived by his wife the former Laura Mae
Nickerson,
three daughters Lorraine (Mrs Wilfred O'Leary), Barbara (Mrs
Bernard Delorey),
Ann (Mrs Joseph Fleming), all of the Tickle,
4 sons
Judson, Port Hawkesbury, Lawrence, Bert, Percy
all of Tickle, 32
grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by 2
daughters, Margaret, Helena, granddaughter Shelley.
Burial in Union
Cemetery, Canso.
