Mrs. Lela Grace Davidson

Isaac's Harbor, May 17 --

The death occurred in Halifax, May 11, of Mrs. Lela Grace Davidson, 58,
after a short illness. She was the widow of William Davidson,
who predeceased her several years ago. Mrs. Davidson,
who was well known here and highly esteemed, is survived by two sons
and one daughter, Noriane, in Halifax; Arthur, of Dartmouth, and Ernest,
lighthouse keeper here; four brothers, and two sisters, Blanchard,
Kirkland Lake, Ont.; Zeba, Halifax; Clayton, Glace Bay
and Wallace, Halifax; Mrs. Samuel Johnson, Country Harbor, and Mrs. Robret MacArthur,
Goldboro. Mrs. Davidson was a daughter of the late
Mr. and Mrs. Robert MacArthur, Goldboro.
The body was brought to Isaac's Harbor,
for interment the funeral taking place Saturday afternoon,
Rev. E. Davies officiating.
