Minnie Blanche Pride

Minnie Blanche Pride, of Sonora, Guysborough County
and Halifax, died Sunday in Northwood Centre.
Born in Sonora, she was a daughter of the late
William and Letitia (Dickson) Pride.
She spent most of her life in Sonora,
but in later years at the home of her nephew,
W.J. Beuree, 7041 Pearson Drive, Halifax,
and more recently at Northwood Centre.
She is survived by several nieces and a nephew.
The last surviving member of her immediate family,
she was predeceased by four sisters and four brothers.
The body is in Snow's Funeral Home,
where funeral will be held Tuesday at 11am,
Rev. J. Melville Scott officiating.
Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Sonora,
at a later date. In lieu of flowers,
donations may be made to the United Baptist Church, Sonora.
