Charles Edward McGrath
- 63, Windsor Street, Halifax,
died Saturday in Victoria General Hospital, Halifax.
Born in Salem, Mass., he was a son of the late
George Herman and Ellen (Conrad) McGrath.
He worked in electrical maintenance at National Sea
until his retirement. He is survived by
his companion Maude Bradley, Halifax;
five daughters; Carol (Mrs. Cyril Kaiser) Port Bickerton;
Judy Neault, Mount Uniacke; Linda (Mrs. Malcolm DeBay),
Dartmouth; Jeanne (Mrs. Allen Cote) Ottawa;
Faye (Mrs. Eric Tetford) Yarmouth; four brothers;
George, Lively Ontario; Arthur, Wine Harbour, Guysborough County;
Robert, Portage La Prairie Sask.,
John, Chelmsford Ontario; eight grandchildren;
a great-grandchild. He was predeceased by a son,
Charles Edward Jr., a brother; Leigh.
The body is in Wine Harbour Baptist Church,
visiting 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, where funeral will be held
2 p.m. Wednesday, Rev. Richard Jones officiating.
Burial will be in Wine Harbour Cemetery.
Family flowers only. Donations may be made
to the Nova Scotia Heart Foundation
