Melvin Ellison Kaiser
Port Bickerton - Melvin Ellison Kaiser, 76,
of Port Bickerton, Guysborough County, died Wednesday
in St. Martha's Hospital, Antigonish.
Born in Port Bickerton,
he was a son of the late Jacob and Jane (Avery) Kaiser.
He was a retired auto body repairman and painter,
having worked at this trade for more than 30 years.
He was a faithful member of Port Bickerton Gospel Hall.
He is survived by his wife, the former Alta Kaiser;
four brothers, Marshall and Roland, both of Sydney;
Stllman, Bras d'Or; and Frank, Charlos Cove;
four sisters, Jennie (Mrs. Colin MacDonald); and Viola
(Mrs. Duncan Myers) both of Sydney; Doris Hunt and Pauline
(Mrs. George Hiltz) both of Port Bickerton;
several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by
two brothers, Lester and Wilfred.
The body is in
Port Bickerton Gospel Hall, where funeral will be held Saturday
at 2 p.m., Brother Carl Payne officiating. Burial will be
in Hillside Cemetery, Port Bickerton.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to
Hillside Cemetery, Port Bickerton.
