Arnold M. Furlong
ASPEN - Arnold Murray Furlong, 67,
of Aspen, Guysborough County, died Friday
in St. Martha's Hospital, Antigonish.
Born in Indian Harbour Lake, Guysborough County,
he was a son of the late Edward and Carrie (Corneally) Furlong.
He lived in the Aspen area most of his life
where he worked as a woodsman.
He was an adherent of the Baptist Church.
Surviving are two sisters, Blanche (Mrs. George Cruickshank),
Glenelg, and Myra (Mrs. H.R. Sanford), Maryland, U.S.A.;
five brothers, Bernard, Detroit;
James and Frank, both of Port Hilford; Edwin, Indian Harbour Lake,
and Percy, Dunnville, Ont.
The body will be in H.W. Angus' Funeral Home,
Stillwater, Guysborough County, after 7 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home,
Rev. John Enns officiating, with burial
in Sunset Rest Cemetery, Indian Harbour Lake.
