JORDAN, Harley James - 70,
Dartmouth, died November 4, 1995,
in Dartmouth General Hospital.
Born in Jordanville, Guysborough Co., he was a son of
the late Robert and Hannah Jordan. He was a member of
the North Nova Scotia Highlanders, Royal Canadian Army,
and served in Europe during the Second World War.
Surviving are his wife, Jean; daughter,
Patricia Barnett, Jordanville; son, Douglas,
Port Bickerton; foster daughter, Lisa Youssef,
Cairo, Egypt; sister, Marion (Mrs. Earl Jewers), Lochaber;
brother, Colin, Jordanville; seven grandchildren.
He was predeceased by brothers, Howard, Fraser; sisters,
Catherine, Mildred. Service 5 p.m. Monday, Bishop MacLennan officiating.
Burial and graveside service Tuesday in Sunset Rest Cemetery,
Indian Harbour Lake, Guysborough Co.
Family flowers only. Donations to any charity.
Arrangements under the direction of Dartmouth Funeral Home.
