Mrs. William SCELES passes in hospital - (1930)

Boylston April 4 -
The death of Annie, wife of William Sceles of Port Shoreham,
a few miles from here occurred on Wednesday morning
at St. Martha's Hospital, Antigonish,
where she had been taken for treatment only two weeks ago.
Mrs. Sceles, who was 62 years of age, was previous to her marriage,
a Miss McIntosh and was the last surviving member of her family.
The deceased was born in Port Shoreham
and lived the greater part of her life there
and was held in high esteem by a large circle of friends.
Besides her husband she is survived by two daughters,
Mrs. Charles MacMaster, of Boston, and Mrs. Charles Grant,
of St. Francis Harbour, and by Morley and Earle
of Boston, Harry of Seattle, and Wilfred and Edgar at home.
The funeral service will be conducted by
the pastor of the United Church Mr. Nicholson.
Interment at Manchester cemetery.
