Wilfred James Sceles
Port Shoreham, Guysborough County - Wilfred James Sceles, 85,
of Port
Shoreham died here Tuesday. (November 2, 1982)
Born in Port Shoreham, he was a son of
the late William and Annie
(MacIntosh) Sceles.
He was a retired carpenter and farmer.
He was an honourary elder of
Boylston United Church.
Surviving are his wife, the former Elsie MacIntosh;
two daughters, Dorothy
(Mrs. Ralph Sams)
and Ruby (Mrs. Arthur Dowling), both of Dartmouth;
a
sister, Mrs. Rosie MacMaster, Roslindale, Mass.;
five grandchildren and a
great-grandchild.
He was predeceased by four brothers, Harry, Morley, Edgar, and Earl;
two
sisters, Bessie (Mrs. Charles Grant)
and Florence (Mrs. B. Latham).
The body is in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Guysborough.
Funeral will be
2 p.m. Friday in Boylston United Church,
Rev. Judy Crump officiating, with
burial in Manchester Cemetery.
