Leo Paul Bond - 25, Canso,
died Nov. 16, 1992, as the result of a hunting accident
in Canso.
Born in Canso, he was a son of Alberta (Hurst) Bond,
Canso, and the
late Allen Bond.
He was a commercial inshore fisherman
and an avid hunter
and sports fisherman.
He was an active hockey player in the area,
well known
for goal tending abilities.
He was a member of the Star of the Sea Roman
Catholic Church.
He is survived by two brothers, William (Billie), Percy, both
of Canso;
two sisters, Thelma, Canso; Frances (Mrs. Roger
Archambault),
Vancover,B.C.; fiancee Annette Delorey and their
son,
Cory, Canso; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held at the Star
of the Sea Church,
Rev. Robert Donnolly officiating.
