Charles J. and
Margaret (MacIsaac) Hartley.
He was a member of Knights of
Columbus, St.Ninian's.
He was employed for 42 years at the Canso Co-op Society
Ltd.,
having served as manager for 40 years.
Surviving are his wife, the
former Florence Rand;
nine sons, Lorne, Ottawa; John, Chatham, N.B.; James,
Dartmouth;
Peter, Kingston, Ont.; Charles, Toronto; David, Calgary;
Bruce, Gerald, Rand, all at home;
a daughter, Margaret Ann (Mrs.George
MacKenzie), Ottawa;
a brother, Charles, Toronto; three sisters,
Irene (Mrs.
Eric Murray), Halifax; Mary MacIssac,
Peterborough,Ont.; Kathryn (Mrs. Andre
Cusson), Montreal.
Funeral will be held in the Star of the Sea
Church, Canso,
Rev. Angus MacDougall officiating.
