Joseph Seraphim - 80, Seaside Manor, Canso,
died June 9,1993, in the manor.
Born
in Halifax, he was a son of the late
David and Dominga (Isaac) Seraphim. He
was a
retired truck driver; former town councillor and a veteran of
the
Second World War. He was the last surviving member
of his immediate family.
He is survived by three nieces, Mamie Marcotte, Port Hood;
Gladys Joudrey, Thelma
Klink,
both of Halifax; two nephews, David Joudrey,
Victor Avery, both of
Halifax. He was predeceased by three sisters,
Mary, Catherine, Frances;
brother, George.
Funeral will be held in the Star of the Sea
Church,
Canso, Rev. Martin MacDougall officiating.
