William MacQuarrie

Sherbrooke, June 12 - died June 10th
at St Martha's Hospital, Antigonish, William MacQuarrie,
late of Goldenville in his 67th year.
Son of the late Mr and Mrs Neil MacQuarrie,
he was born at Goldenville and spent his life there.
Of quiet and friendly disposition he had friends throughout the countryside,
many of whom motored to Goldenville on Sunday
to pay their last respests.
Funeral at St James Presbyterian Church, Goldenville,
with William Reid, student missionary
to that church conducting the service assisted by Rev Alexander Firth.
Interment at Riverside cemetery, Sherbrooke.
Pallbearers Harold Mason, Wm Cameron, MacKeen (sic) and Neil MacDonald.
Surviving are two sisters Mrs Carrie Hutchison and
Mrs Harry Lane (Sadie) both in the United States.
