Leo Hallett, 84,
Stormont, Guysborough County,
died Friday, Nov. 20 at St. Martha's Hospital,
Antigonish.
Born in Stormont, he was the son of the late
Palmer and Jane
(Fenton) Hallett. He spent most
of his working life as a labourer. He is
survived
by his wife, the former Muriel Myers; three daughters, including
Eileen
(Mrs Earl Hagley), Pictou; a son; a sister; 14 grandchildren;
three
great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by four
sisters, Stella, Lia Hagley, Florence Stanley
and Mary Stanley; a brother,
Everett; a grandson. Funeral was held
on Sunday, Nov. 22 at Stormont Union
Church, Rev. Stanley Worth officiating.
Burial was in Stormont Cemetery.
