Guysborough - WALTER WASHINGTON JONES,78,
of Guysborough, died Wednesday in Guysborough Memorial Hospital.
Born in West Cook's Cove,
he was a son of the late PERCY and LAURA(Mason)JONES.
He was a member of United Baptist Church.
He was a retired storekeeper with Guysborough General Store.
He is survived by his wife, the former HELEN COOK;
four stepdaughters; LOLA, at home;
JOYCE(Mrs.Laurier Andrews), Guysborough;
GLORIA(Mrs. Russell MacIntosh), Sherbrooke;
DONNA(Mrs. Richard Gerrior), Truro; 11 grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a sister, PEARL;
four brothers, LINDSAY, CLYDE, ARTHUR, HAROLD.
His remains are resting in the family residence, Guysborough.
The funeral service will be held 2:30 pm. Friday
in United Baptist Church, Guysborough.
Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Guysborough.
Family flowers only.
