Hallie Evelyn Mason, 82, Country Harbour,
formerly of Isaac's Harbour,
Guysborough County, died Satruday
at St. Martha's Hospital, Antigonish. Born
in Seal Harbour,
Guysborough County, she was a daughter of the late James and
Gertrude (Crooks) Crooks.
She was a member of the Isaac's Harbour United
Baptist Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Kathleen (Mrs. Neil Mason),
Country Harbour;
four sons: Havelock, Country Harbour; James, Isaac's
Harbour; Vernon, Port Hawkesbury;
Granville, Dartmouth; 16 grandchildren; 16
great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Uriah Firth. Funeral
service was held today (Monday).
Interment was in Isaac's Harbour cemetery.
