Year: 1975

Synopsis: Wayne is again the eye-patched, whiskey guzzling deputy marshall from 'True Grit,' this time teaming up with bible-thumping missionary Hepburn to avenge the death of her father. Strother Martin delivers a sparkling cameo.

Comments: I really do not like Katherine Hepburn, but I actually found her tolerable in this movie. Anthony's role isn't all that large, and he plays a bad guy (gasp! Say it ain't so!), but I really enjoyed it. Come one, the Duke and Anthony together...how can anyone resist?
