Failures

These are the people who have not sent me their autograph. I only put this site up to save you the trouble of writing to these guys, only to get a fake autograph or no autograph at all. These players fall into four categories: Those who have refused my mail, those who cannot sign, those who send fake autographs, and finally, those players who charge money to sign.

These are players who refuse their mail; fortunately, I don't have too many.

These are players who cannot sign due to problems such as time, health, etc. They send an unsigned photo of themselves.

Sends Fake Autograph

These players send fake autographs. The main methods of doing this is using an autopen, a pre-print, a stamper, or a ghostsigner. An autopen is a mechanically reproduced autograph. A pre-print is a signature produced by a computer. A stamper usually produces a watery effect. A ghostsigner is when someone other than the ballplayer signs your card (i.e.ballboy signs your card).
