DARKWRATH KEEP PRESENTED BY SPOOKY F/X
Patrick Levi Tarcrath made his fortune as a stage magician. He was as famous as Houdini in his time. Some say he could have surpassed Houdini's achievements as a conjurer. However his career was untimely ended with his mysterious disappearance. His name is only remembered by magicians and historians. In the 1920's at the height of his career he bought a mansion from an English Baron and had it transported to America brick by brick. Originally a small Castle called a keep, the interior was remodeled and updated in the colonial style for the new owner. Patrick Tarcrath's morbid fascination with spiritualism moved him to buy the Keep because it was supposedly haunted by poltergeists, the most animated and malicious of all forms of spirits. While the wealthy performer's estate has paid the property taxes to date, Tarcrath Keep has been left to slowly rot from the inside out. Seven times, the bodies of transients have been retrieved from the ruins of the Keep by the police. Not one mortality case involving the Keep has ever been closed. Now the once glorious mansion has come to be known as DARKWRATH Keep.
