We have hid in the world with riches and gold.. in places of sin where God shan't abode... NOW we're redeemed and there is a place .... to hide in God's Love and saving Grace !
PS 27: 1 The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
PS 27: 2 When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.
PS 27: 3 Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be content.
PS 27: 4 One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to inquire in his temple
PS 27: 5 For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.
Our enemy comes from things of world where satan rules. Greatest enemy is memories of past once we lived, where sin, sorrow, depression, shame and despair ruled each day. Seemed no way to escape from bad place we were in,no place left to hide. Now we are redeemed by precious Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ, we are Graced by His Love, His Mercy for us. He makes way our escape from all evil, He provides hiding place for us In Him where darkness cannot come. Amen, in the secrets of His tabernacle shall He keep me hidden.
PS 27: 6 And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies
round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle
sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the
Lord.
PS 27: 7 Hear, O Lord, when I cry with my voice: have mercy also upon
me, and answer me.
PS 27: 8 When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee,
Thy face, Lord, will I seek.
PS 27: 9 Hide not thy face far from me; put not thy servant away in
anger; thou hast been my help; leave me not, neither forsake
me, O God of my salvation.
In week past, when great trial fell on me, my steps did falter before my Lord,
and for moments I was very afraid of past I see come alive to eyes of me. I ran
away not in fear, rather in great shame for what once was I never know before
this time. I ran to hide amid shame I see, and for short time I am tossed and
tumbled in trap of satans snare. But the Lord hid not His face from me, He
never opens palm of His hand lest i shall fall whole way down. He hears my
cry and lifts me up, never will He forsake us, always He is there in time of
our troubles.
PS 27: 10 When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord
will take me up.
PS 27: 11 Teach me thy way, O Lord, and lead me in a plain path,
because of mine enemies.
PS 27: 12 Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false
witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out
of cruelty.
Yes, false witnesses rise up from past life against us, to pull us off path of the Lord unto worldly path of satan. Oh let us read His Word, hear His voice and hide ever from satans snares of world. Always our Lord gives refuge to us when we cry out to our Lord JESUS, he is our hiding place.
PS 27: 13 I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the
Lord in the land of the living.
PS 27: 14 Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen
thine heart: wait I say, on the Lord.
