In honor of Charles Shultz I'm offering a "Peanuts" award again this year.
You have your choice of two "Peanuts" awards (images copyrighted by Charles Shultz & Bill Melendez)
or a third award if you'd prefer.
Here are the guidelines:
1.I will not consider adult sites (pornography, adult jokes or content, anything promoting hatred or intolerance)
2.Your page must load within a reasonable amount of time. I'll wait 2 minutes. In some instances, I may wait up to 4 minutes - but the site better be worth my wait.
3. I don't like overuse of JavaScript. It has its place, but don't use it just to show you know how.
4.There should be at least one interactive element to the site. (i.e. - a survey, an Advent calendar, greeting cards to send, games, etc.)
5.You must have at least one personal memory - like the year you saw Rudolph or the year your sister was born just before Christmas. (webmasters age 13 and under are exempt from this rule, but you must include your age on the application form to let me know)
6.No commercial sites, please.
7.The site must be in English or have an English translation because that's the only language I speak. (OK. I do speak a little French, but not enough to judge your site. *s*)
8.Please don't submit sites with spelling or grammar mistakes. (They make me cringe.) I'll tolerate up to 5. I'll consider any more than that sloppiness, and I'll point you in the direction of a good spell checker.
9.Your pages must be more than just links.
10.Your site must be more than just one page.
11.You should not have "under construction" signs. It's assumed good sites are always under construction.
Please be patient and allow up to 1 week for me to respond. Multiple submissions will be disqualified.
