This is sailor Neptune.her name is michiru she is one of the last sailor soldiers to be found. she and sailor uranus are part of a group called the outer senshi. other outers are pluto and sailor saturn. sailor neptune and uranus are in love but in the american versions do not show as much affection towards each other as in the japanese version.Sailor Neptune has one to the tasimalisms in her pure heart crystal but she does not know this until she dies.the tasmalism is a magic mirror that enhances her abiliies and makes her attacks far more efective against opponents.
