December 13, 1999 - Monday
I'm back! Yay! I tried my new modem and it worked. I'm so pleased. A big thank
you to Kazuhiro for posting the message to my home page. I knew that some people
might be worried about me. Please don't! I'm fine.
I had a busy day today. I wrapped presents last night until 5:00am. Today, I mailed
them. I had 8 small to big packages. I kept apologizing to the lady at the post
office. She must have thought I was nuts! It cost me a bundle! I just hope they
get to their destinations on time, or close to time. Then, I went and got my hair
cut.
I didn't have the whole washing/massage treatment, but it was still a great experience.
My hairdresser was apologizing about her English-actually I think her English is
fine for a non-student and I am just pleased that someone will cut my hair. After
that,
I had lunch, and then worked for a bit, prepping for tomorrow and Wednesday. I'll
have 7 lessons in a row tomorrow. Yikes. Then, I went shopping in Daiei to get some
presents for the Pass the Parcel game. When I came home tonight, I wrapped everything
and then decided to try my new modem. And that's it.
I don't know how late I'll be tomorrow...I'll be a bit tired I think. Nighty-night.
