December 26, 1999 - Sunday
I went to a movie today, End of Days with Arnie. It was....hmm. Check out my review!
I went to the theatre by bike as the snow had melted enough so it wasn't too dangerous.
It was a nice ride. In Tsuruoka Park there were some trees all lit up and it reminded
me slightly of the Alberta Legislature Grounds. Then I finally got a glimpse of the Christmas Tree that everyone kept telling me about, the one on the top of the
Catholic Church. It was cool.
On my way home I stopped at the video store and rented 4 movies. Two were old favourites,
two are new ones. I'll let you know what I think about them.
Oh, yes, I almost forgot. This morning my friends Donna and Derek phoned me. They
called at 8:10am and of course I was sleeping. It was great to talk to them again
though. After I talked to them, I went back to bed for another 4 hours!
In the afternoon I watched TV and tried to decide what to do with myself. Then I
decided finally on the movie.
This evening I called my sister to wish her "Feliz Navidad"and we had a short chat.
And that's it. I dunno. I managed to write a whole bunch about very little! Later......
