November 8, 1999 - Monday
Today was okay. Taeko came back at 3:30 am and then we talked for an hour before
going off to bed. We woke up around 11:00, well, I did anyway.
We had breakfast...cookies and toast, and tea or coffee and then we met one of Taeko's
friends and went out for lunch. That was nice. After lunch I came home...I had
to do laundry and plan a class for tomorrow. I did plan...yay...and I did laundry
too.
Sadly, Taeko has gone back to Yonezawa. I miss her. She liked the tape that I made
for her...I hope things go better for her now in Yonezawa.
Today I also got a phone call from one of my students. It was a nice surprise.
The over- airconditioning in the karaoke box has left me with a runny nose and sore
ears. Bleck, Bleck, Bleck.
Anyway, I must be off to bed. Bye....
