November 29, 1999 - Monday
Hello there! Today was okay. I was hoping to go to the bank to get a new passbook
today, but they were too busy so I couldn't. Oh well.
Since I was in the neighbourhood anyway, I went in to the office and prepared a couple
of classes. I did the children's classes for Tuesday and Wednesday. It felt good
to get them planned. Sadly I discovered that the Manager in a fit of cleaning had
thrown out some of my children's props. I was NOT a happy camper to find that out.
After doing mondo prep, I went shopping. I got some Christmas shopping done and I
also bought myself two cds. I got Cher's Greatest Hits and my second Masayoshi Yamazaki
cd. He's a Japanese singer that I like a lot. He's a lot more real than most of
the singers here. They all act like they are stuck in the glam rock phase of the 70's.
He doesn't wear funny costumes or make-up, at least not to my knowledge.
Then I went and had supper in Daiei. That was a mistake. I had pilaf and it was
really greasy. I'm still suffering. I also had iced coffee, which with my record
of caffeine late at night, wasn't the smartest thing I've ever done either.
Then I came home and had a bath. And now, I'm writing this. So, I'd say that is
that for today. 'Night.
