August 18, 2001 - Saturday
My usual busy Saturday.
I went to the bakery for breakfast today, but got caught behind a woman who was buying
up the store. It was very annoying! I had to wait for 5 minutes to buy my three
little things. I made it to work with 1 minute to spare! Yikes...that was a bit
close.
Work was quiet because Michiyo had a holiday. It was only my students today. Most
of them came too, which was nice. I think that the classes went well too.
For lunch today, the manager and I ordered lunch in. I had Chukadon, which was darn
good. Mostly veggies with a bit of meat, on rice. Yum. She had yakiniku don which
also looked good.
After work I took myself and my Dean Koontz book to supper in Columbia. It was nice
to eat out again for a change. And it was nice to read my book!
At home I watched Roswell and Dharma & Greg. They were pretty good.
I'm going out of town for the night, so please don't worry about me. I'll be back
on Monday night, probably.
Night night!
