(3-2000 – 10-2002) Lowry Computers: 2467 Maltby Rd, Brighton, MI. Serviced and repaired Line and laser printers. I had 15 accounts ranging from Oakland down to King City and out to Fresno. My largest account was NUMMI (New United Motors Manufacturing) located in Fremont CA. They consisted of over 300 different types of printers where I spent most of my time. Or better known as my second home :). I was responsible for this major account 24/7/365 and within the time there had kept track of all parts, labor, equipment. Reduced parts usage by 40% and after hour service calls by 32%. I have strong references from this account and many others.

(10/1997 - 02/1999) Contract SQA Engineer NVidia 1226 Tiros, Sunnyvale, CA. 94087 NVidia Evaluated the Riva 128 video card against its competitors, Diamond Stealth, Matrox etc. Worked with putting together systems and finding bottlenecks. Performed Benchmark testing. Documented bugs in Lotus Notes 4.0. Worked with Visual test, M/S Test, NT 4.0, Win 95, Palette test, Ziff Davis benchmarks, HCT, WHQL. Had received the most goody letters from Stanford University personal for the best all around service tech. Received a Gold pen and recognition from the sales department for having a major effect on Stanford Universities decision, to keep the service contract with Xerox instead of going with our Competitor.
