There is no place we can go
to hide from the thoughts
that we keep contemplating
over and over inside our mind.
There is no place we can venture
where our true emotions
will be concealed and the secrets
of our hearts will not show.
There is no place
in this whole wide world
we can travel to where our spirits
do not direct or guide us
towards our destiny.
Simply...we are who we are,
and for whatever distance
that keeps us apart,
let us not shadow ourselves,
but rather express
the feeling of closeness
although we are.....
So Far Away.
