Tha Dogg Pound

Tha Dogg Pound have been on DeathRow since 1992 when DeathRow released The Chronic. Delmar Arnaud (Dat Nigga Daz Dillinger) and Ricardo Brown (Kurupt Da KingPin) are two of the illest and two of the realist nigga's on deathrow. In 1995 Death Row released their debut LP titled: Dogg Food and the album went Double Platinum. Already in the making are two other Dogg Pound albums that will be on deathrow. The first is gonna be called Westcoast Aftershock, and the 2nd is gonna be called Dogg Shit. Daz did leave to start his own label called Mobstyle Muzik, but left shortly thereafter and went back to Death Row. Now Daz is the Co-CEO of Dogg Pound Records with Big C Style. Kurupt has his own label called ANTRA, which he just released his sohpmore LP called Tha Streetz Is A Mutha and it hasnt got the exposure it should've, its better then Dre's latest but hardly anybody knows about it, if you dont have Kurupts new album go get it, its straight bangin. Tha Dogg Pound as a group is always on deathrow, but their solo careers are on different labels.

Daz Dillinger Daz is the best Artist on Deathrow. His first solo release "Retaliation, Revenge, & Get Back" debuted at number 8 on the billboard 200 and so far has sold over 1 million copies, it was released in 1998, and is one of Death Row's best albums to ever be released. Taken as a student under such producers as Dr. Dre, and Johnny J, Daz Dillinger provides beats that NOBODY can even come close to, even his old teacher Dr. Gay Ass Dre. Besides his perfection of production, Daz also provides some of the tightest rhymes ever to hit up on a mic. This NiGgA got skillz and dolla Billz to proove that shit. If you dont have his album "Retaliation, Revenge, and Get Back" then you need to pick that up for real. Daz's sophmore album titled: R.A.W. is an underground cut right now, but should be released nationwide soon, and people are eating up the mp3's off of it. Kurupt Tha Kingpin Kurupt is one of the top five best lyricalists ever. He can put anybody to shame in a freestyle, an can go flow a mofo. He is still on deathrow with his nigga Daz combined as Tha Dogg Pound, but he has taken his solo career to start ANTRA records. His first solo album "Kuruption" was a double CD that went gold (500,000 copies sold) Thats just Pathetic considering the skill that he has, people need to pick up his albums. His new album is way better of quality then Kuruption, but hardly anybody buyin it. On Kurupt Young Gotti's new album there is a hidden song titled "Callin Out Names" which disses Ja Rule, DMX, and Foxy Brown, it was recorded inside Death Row Studios.
