Marion Suge Knight

Suge Knight is deathrow. He is the Brains behind the mastery, he is the muscle behind the gangsta flava. One of the greatest buisnessmen to ever walk the earth, Suge played football for UNLV, then got drafted by the LA rams for a short NFL stint. Afterwards he got involved in protecting music starts because of his big size. He learned the ropes and went into buisness for himself. Releasing Dr. Dre from his Ruthless contract, Suge created Future Shock Records, to be later renamed Death Row Records. After changing all of hip hop in 1992 with "The Chronic", Deathrow has released 18 albums and has an average of selling over 2 million per every album released, Take that to no limit's average of 300,000 sold per album. This is all through the vision of Suge Knight. He has made it no secret that he keeps in touch with piru bloods and takes care of his neighborhood. Decorating the Death Row offices and studio's in red and usually seen in red attire, Suge has always maintained the image of a true thug. Known to use the Iron Fist tactics of the mob, Suge had a strangle hold on hip hop and was on top of the throne wearing the hip hop crown. Unfortunantly he was sent to jail "provided he broke his parole on the Las Vegas assault tape" and was sentenced in 1996 to 9 years in prison. After many appeals and plea's he is still in jail today. As for deathrow they are still handleing their buisness like always.

"Death Row is going to be a great company releasing great music by great new artists. We changed history and its not over, we will change history even more in the next century, Were Unstopable" - Suge Knight, 1998.

Suge is set to get out either this summer on parole, or in may of 2001.
