Jewell
Ever since Death Row Records was founded in 1992, Jewell has been a dedicated inmate. Her first solo debut was the song 'It's Not Deep Enough' on the 'Above The Rim' soundtrack in 1994. Before this however she appeared on a number of tracks on five albums, 'The Chronic', 'Above The Rim', 'Murder Was The Case', 'All Eyez On Me' and 'Death Row Greatest Hits'. Some of her appearances include the classic 'Let Me Ride' with Dr.Dre and 2Pac's 'Thug Passion'. Jewell's talent was particularly exploited on the 'Murder Was The Case' soundtrack, here she performed two solo tracks 'Harvest For The World' and 'Woman To Woman', both of which helped her to gain further popularity and prestige with her fans. Despite Jewell having such obvious talent there is no news of a solo album any time soon, if any time at all. Hopefully Jewell will continue to drop hits and continue to appear on Death Row tracks for a long time to come...
