Bandit (the Bearded Collie) is our travelling companion who loves bus travel. We adopted him from a breeder in Regina, Saskatchewan and brought him home in the bus when he was 6 weeks old, so he has been a bus buddy from Day 1. Whenever Gary gets out of the bus to fuel or pay for camping, Bandit jumps into the driver's seat, which always gets a laugh from passers-by. From his spot between the two front seats, he just taps Gary on the arm when he needs to go outside and we stop at the next rest stop. Once we stop for the day, Gary leaves a baggage bay open and that is Bandit's favourite spot to sit and watch the activities around us.
